Important Booking Information
A booking of 4 people or more will ensure your groups’ exclusive stay at Catered Coast Walks
Once we have received your booking enquiry, we will send you an email to confirm your chosen dates.
Please then send us your deposit of $90 per person in one lump sum for your whole group, within 7 days to confirm your booking. I.e. for 2 people, one payment of $180.00.
This can be deposited directly into our bank account: 12-3094-0130343-01. Please use your name as a reference and the booking date.
OR
Please send a cheque to: Catered Coast Walks, 1441 Cove Rd, RD 2 Waipu, 0582, Northland, New Zealand. (Please include name of person who made the booking and arrival date)
Once we have received your deposit, we will then send you an email to confirm your booking and details of how to get to “Catered Coast walks”
The balance can be paid on your arrival night, (individually if preferred), or paid directly into our bank account as one lump sum prior to your arrival day. Please use your name and arrival date as a reference.
Sorry we have no eftpos or credit card facilities, so cash payments only are possible on arrival night.
Cancellation policy
There is no charge if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the confirmed booking.
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days - 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days- no refund.
Receipt of your deposit confirms your acceptance of our cancellation policy. |
